A very inviting place, especially in summer. Cozy and excellent gastronomy. That can also handle festivities.

I love the Franconian hospitality and warmth. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner, they responded to "special requests" and the food was very tasty. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back. Thank you very much!

Were there by bike. Ate some soup. Service was very rude at the beginning, and also overwhelmed. It's definitely better in summer.

The staff are quick and friendly. The food tastes great and you don't have to wait long for it. By the way, dogs are also allowed in. Unfortunately there are stairs at the entrance. However, there are several parking spaces for disabled people in the car park. The owner drew my attention to the fact that you only have to notify a service employee, then the rear entrance is opened. This is barrier-free. The handicapped person can also be driven into the inner courtyard in order to get off there directly. So I absolutely recommend it. With or without ♿

Very well-kept beer garden. The walk over the short route up the mountain gives you a real thirst for beer. :-) The prices for this area increased slightly. Hence a star deduction. But since it's a tourist highlight, it's back to normal. The beer is very tasty. Small meals and drinks are fetched directly from the bar. Larger dishes are brought to the seat according to the table number. We would love to come back!

16.09.2019 We were in the beer garden for lunch to have a snack. The service was friendly and attentive. It was a good place to sit, food and drinks were good. In terms of price, we were amazed at the pleasantly moderate prices for this environment. Opposite is a parking lot, which is free of charge on weekdays. The parking fees, however, according to the information reimbursed if you ate something in the Klosterschänke. Conclusion: not a bad idea to turn up here. Very nice but the menu is totally confusing. Prices are okay. Anyone interested in taking a detour to Basilica Vierzehnheiligen is worth it! Are only a few kilometers but worth it!

Good Food and a nice place for celebrations of all kinds.

Nice outdoor seating and the decor inside the restaurant was very tasteful as well. The service was slow, plus we had to ask for menus and to place our orders. We had several different versions of Schnitzel. Everyone in our little group was satisfied with their food and portion size.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice beer garden, friendly nice waitresses, super delicious food at very pleasant prices. Thumbs up man can only be highly recommended. We will be back.
